Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about creating, printing, and recovering your card.
- What do I get when I pay?
- A high-resolution PNG of your card, plus print-ready PDFs in three formats: 5×7 photo print, folded A4 invitation, and US Letter / A4 poster. The download link is emailed to you and stays valid for 24 hours.
- How long does generation take?
- Most cards finish in 30–60 seconds. The preview blurs in as the image is drawn, then sharpens once it's done. You can regenerate as many times as you want — previews are always free.
- What paper should I print on?
- For 5×7 prints, any glossy photo paper or a photo lab works great. For the folded A4 invitation, use 200–300 gsm matte or smooth white cardstock. For posters, satin photo paper at A4 or US Letter.
- Will my child's photo be stored?
- No. Your photo is sent once to generate the card, then immediately discarded. We never log, save, or train on it.
- The face doesn't look quite right — what now?
- Try regenerating with a clearer, front-facing photo with good lighting. Cropping tightly to the face also helps. Previews are free, so iterate until it feels right before you pay.
- What if I lose my download link?
- You can recover any past purchase by entering your email on the recovery page.
- Can I use this for adults or pets?
- Yes — the templates work for any age and pets too. Just enter the appropriate name and number.
- Do you ship physical cards?
- Not right now. You print at home or any local print shop. We may add print-and-ship later.
