Free preview, then pay
Tiny Wonder lets you preview and regenerate your card as many times as you want — for free. You only pay once you're happy with the result, so you always know what you're buying before the $3.99 is charged.
When we refund
- The file failed to generate after payment and we cannot recover it.
- The download link never arrived in your inbox and we cannot redeliver it.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- You report a clear technical defect in the delivered file (e.g. corrupt PNG, wrong format).
When we typically don't refund
Because the card is a digital good you previewed before paying, we generally don't refund based on taste or style preferences after the fact — the preview is exactly what you receive (without the watermark). That said, if something feels genuinely off, get in touch and we'll work it out.
How to request a refund
Email support@tinywonder.app within 30 days of purchase with your order email and a short description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.
